If you bought product from Dealers, Distributors & Wholesalers -
All products that are bought from above sources should be returned to the respective places of purchase. You have to adhere to the Terms & Conditions set forth by the place of purchase in addition to the following Terms & conditions of Herbal Destination that are given below for our e-Commerce customers.
If you bought product via Internet, Herbal Destination Retail locations -
Our guarantee includes your ability to return any of our products within 30 days from the date you receive product from our warehouse. On any un-opened boxes we will refund 100% of your cost of product, less Shipping & Handling costs. The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges back to our locations. Once the product is received at our end, credits will be issued to the credit card (for On-line purchases) in one week and for all other forms of payments in 15 days.
On opened box products, we might take returns on a case by case basis. The decision will be at our discretion. In addition to above terms of return, we may charge up to 15% re-stocking fee on all open boxes.

Please make sure that adequate packaging material is used. We have a right to refuse your shipment if inadequate packing material is used and product comes damaged or crushed. The RMA # issued above will be valid for 30 days. We need to receive the product by that time or you may have to send a new request for a new RMA #.
