Food plays a very important role in maintaining good health. The food we eat is an invaluable gift given to us by ‘Mother Nature.’ Nature provides it to us in its absolutely pure and raw form. We cook it to make it readily eatable. The place where we do this is our kitchen which becomes a major platform for producing a good, wholesome and healthy meal for the entire family.
Ayurveda always says that “Prevention is better than cure”. Here are home remedies which help with acidity, stomach discomfort and constipation. In this article we are going to discuss about some specific digestive problems.
