+ What are your product return policies?

If bought from Dealers, Distributors & Wholesalers, e-Commerce partners -  
All products that are bought from above sources should be returned to the respective places of purchase. You have to adhere to the Terms & Conditions set forth by the place of purchase; in addition to the following Terms & conditions of Herbal Destination that are given below for our e-Commerce customers.

If bought on our site-
Our guarantee includes your ability to return any of our products within 30 days from the date you receive product from our warehouse. On any opened or un-opened boxes we will refund 100% of cost of  product. The customer is responsible for paying shipping when product is sent back to our locations. Once the product is received at our end, credits will be issued to the credit card (for On-line purchases) in one week and for all other forms of payments a check will be mailed out in 15 days.

+ If I want to return a product, what is the procedure?

Please send an email to Returns@HerbalDestination.Com or returns@herbal-d.com with this information-

-Invoice Number or Sales Order Number
-Invoice Date
-Product Number & Description
-Reason for return

Once we receive this information we will respond within 48 hours (might be longer if the request is sent on weekend or holidays). You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) through email. It is important that you include this RMA# on all returns. When you are ready to ship the product back to us, please include

-Copy of your Invoice or Sales order or Packing slip
-Return Authorization Number (RMA #)

Please make sure that adequate packaging material is used. We have a right to refuse your shipment if  inadequate packing material is used and product comes damaged or crushed. The RMA # issued above will be valid for 30 days. We need to receive the product by that time or you may have to send a new request for a new RMA #.

+ What are your shipping policies and charges?

We ship majority of our orders via US Postal Service (USPS). In rare instances at our own discretion we might choose to use other carriers.

Continental USA, DC, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico-

-Standard Shipping (Most places 2 to 3 days via USPS) cost  US $3.99 Flat Fee.

If you purchase US$ 18.74 or more of our products at a time, Standard shipping is free.

-Next Day (Most places 1 Business day) US$ 24.99 Flat Fee.

Other US territories:

-Standard Shipping cost ( 3 to 4 days) US$ 3.99 Flat Fee.

-If you purchase US$ 18.74 or more of our products at a time, Standard shipping is free.

-Next day (might take up to 2-3  days) US$ 24.99 Flat fee.

+ Do you ship to Canada, Other countries and what are shipping charges?

At the present time Herbal Destination welcomes and ships to Canadian customers.

-Standard Shipping (Up to 7 days + via USPS/ CPS) cost US$9.99 Flat Fee.

-Express Shipping (3-5 days ) US$29.99

The package tracking option may not be available on Canadian shipments.
Canadian customers are responsible for paying any Customs duties or VAT on the products ordered.

+ Do you take back orders on products that are out of stock?

Our system will not allow you to order products that are not in stock. But you will have an option to get informed via email when out of stock products become available.

+ How do I return a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive products that you did not order or if the products comes in damaged, please email us at Returns@HerbalDestination.Com or Returns@HerbalDestination.Com and follow the instructions listed under our returns policy. Once verified we will send replacement products for you and we can work out the details of returning the wrong product.

+ Is my Credit Card information Secure?

All our credit card transactions are processed on a secure Authorize.net website, a global credit card processing company. State of the art technology is used by HD to prevent any unauthorized people from intercepting your credit card information. Also, we do not store your credit information on any of our servers. Each time you purchase a product, you would be giving out credit card information.

If you prefer to call in, we will be glad to take orders via phone. These orders can be taken or processed only Monday thru Friday between the times of 9am to 5.30PM PM Eastern Standard Time.

+ Where are Herbal Destination products made?

All of our products are made at state of the art manufacturing facilities in India. We are proud to say that we adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in all of our production facilities. All our supplements are Non-GMO (Made from ingredients that are not genetically modified), Vegan, Gluten free and come as Vegetarian Capsules. Also, Our supplements Meet all standards for heavy metals set by American Herbal Products Assocition.

+ How do I order Herbal Destination Products?

The easiest way to order products is through our web site. We take web orders 24/7. We also accept phone orders Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5.30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our products also are available through a dealer and distributor network. Many of our products are also available at Amazon.Com.

You can order products using our Product Code or simply by using the name. All this information is available on our site. You may also call in and place an order using the above information during working hours.

+ Do you offer promotional pricing, coupons etc?

We have a dynamic pricing system that is updated constantly based on the promotions that we offer on any given day. To get additional discounts, please look for coupon codes in emails and also those that are sent via regular mail. You will be able to use only one coupon code at a time. The pricing on our web site might be different from what our dealers and distributors offer. We cannot match the prices that are posted by any of our dealers, distributors or their respective web sites.

+ How fast do you Ship and how can I get tracking information?

Most products ships in 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is received by the warehouse (except weekends and holidays). As soon as the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Our system will not take back-orders on any products that are out of stock. You will have an option of an email notification, when product becomes available.

+ Do I have to set up a customer account to buy products?

No, we do not require you to set up an account. It is buy as and when you like. All you need is an email ID, address, telephone number along with a credit card or a PayPal account to purchase products.

+ How do I change or cancel an order that has been placed?

The best and fastest way to place your orders is using our web site. Open or set up an account and you are ready to go. We also take phone orders during regular working hours which are Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.

You cannot change an order that is placed via the e-commerce site. Also, once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel it for you. You might send an email request to cancel it. If we are able to catch it before it gets shipped, we will be glad to help you with the request. You will still have 30 days to return the product and get your money back.

+ Is there Shipping & Handling fee on cancelled orders?

No. Credits will be issued to all products refused or cancelled.

+ How do you ship your products?

We ship majority of our orders via US Postal Service (USPS). In rare instances we may choose to use other carriers.

+ What form of Payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards towards payment -

MasterCard  Visa  American Express  Discover

In certain instances we might accept personal checks drawn on US banks. For personal checks, orders have to be placed via telephone. Orders will be shipped only after the checks are cleared by our bank.

+ Will there be Sales Tax on products purchased?

Nutritional Supplements in many states may or may not carry sales tax. In New York state there is no sales tax on supplements.

Our Skin care products come under the authority of Sales Tax. For all customer orders, shipped within the state of New York, we will be collecting Sales Tax based on the County that one lives in. Sales Tax is also assessed on Shipping & Handling part of the transactions. We do not collect Sales Tax for products shipped out of New York state. (Most states may require you to volunteer and pay Sales Tax. Please verify with the respective tax authorities.)

Our commitment is to your complete privacy. The content of this web site is wholly owned by Eximus Connections, DBA Herbal Destination (HD for short). We take privacy concerns of people seriously and we respect them. When you purchase your products through our web site, you agree to all Terms & Conditions of usage of these privacy policies.
To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at points where personally identifiable information may be requested.

+ How secure is my data?

We only collect and hold information that is provided by the users of this site. This information includes but not limited to, email address, Last and First name of the person, telephone, mailing and shipping addresses. We do not harvest, hold any of your Credit Card information. You will be required to provide your Credit Card information only at time of purchase through Authorize.net a world renowned credit card processing company.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We at HD take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal information from any unauthorized access or disclosure. Unfortunately no data sent on the Internet or stored on any servers are 100% secure. We cannot be responsible for any inadvertent disclosure of any information.

+ Do you collect Personal Information?

We may collect certain demographic information to custom tailor emails and specials that will be relevant to our customers. Any other information that you might volunteer and provide us also will be treated with utmost caution. We do not trade or give out this information to anyone outside of the organization.

Some collection of general information occurs on our site due to usage of cookies. We also might make use of some cookies to gather information on number of hits, geography based demographics etc. On visiting this site, the IP address used to access the site might be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Importantly, IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

+ Do you have a privacy policy on children?

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.  Under our Terms of Service, children under 18 are not allowed to purchase products from HD. If we inadvertently collect any information on children under 18, that information will be discarded when it comes to our attention.

+ Do you guarantee content and the privacy policies of Third Party Websites?

No. We provide links to third party web sites for your convenience and reference. We are not responsible for any content or the privacy policies of those websites.

+ What are the general Terms & Conditions of Site usage?

You agree that you are given the privilege of using HD web site. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If any of the information that is provided deemed harmful to HD, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account. You agree to notify HD of any unauthorized use of your identity. You agree to be responsible for all charges resulting from use of your account on the web site, including charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to taking steps to prevent such occurrences. HD will not be liable for any losses or damages that arise out of your failure to comply with the conditions expressed in this document.

If you like to terminate this agreement, it will coincide with termination of your account and all privileges that go with it. HD may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice to you and deny access to its web site. HD also reserves the right to make changes or modifications or suspending this site or these Terms and Conditions without notice. You agree that HD is not liable to you or to anyone when such changes are made.

You also agree that this site and products are meant for people 18 years of age or over. If you are under 18 years of age or a minor or if it comes to our attention that you are minor, we will suspend your account immediately without any notice.

You will be required to check an extended Terms & Conditions agreement when you open an account with us or when you buy product from us.

+ What is your Affiliate program and how do I make $$$ ?

For all our customers that want to sell our products actively or sell passively by referring people to our site, we have created an Affiliate program. You have to be a registrant on our web site to be able to participate. Please send an email to [email protected] to be set up as an Affiliate.

For each one of our customers that request this, we will assign an Affiliate code. You have to give this code out to your friends or customers and they have to input this code on our order summary screen, just before paying for the products. Based on total accumulated points on a 30 to 45 day basis, we will give you a summary and the points can be redeemed to get our products (at a special discounted cost) or can be converted to cash.  In either one of the situations we would require information from you so that we are able to issue you an IRS 1099 end of the calender year.
